Two Clowns, 2025
The top of the painting is the face and hair of a young punk, while the bottom is that of an older business man. The red on the lips resembles the makeup of a clown. The old man would probably thinks that that the punk was a “clown'“, and the punk would think the same of the “old man”, but they could be the same person in a lifetime. The piece speaks to youth identity, and aging with a hint of satire.

Hard lines. Soft features. A sailor masculine, scribbled in pencil, wearing someone else’s eyes and lips borrowed from a a girl in a fashion magazine. This one’s about control and identity and in the human experience.
Part of my, Elegance of Dissonance collection.
